Updates made to the Integration+ connectors in July 2024.

New​

  • GitLab v3.0.0

    GitLab is an open-source version control and collaboration platform. You can bring code projects, packages, repositories, user information, and other security data from GitLab into the Brinqa Platform.

  • OpsLevel v3.0.0

    OpsLevel is a system management tool. You can bring repository, service, team, and user data from OpsLevel into the Brinqa Platform.

  • Sonatype Nexus IQ v3.0.0

    Sonatype Nexus IQ is an application security tool. You can bring application, component, policy violation, remediation, and security issue data from Sonatype Nexus IQ into the Brinqa Platform.

  • Trend Micro Deep Security v3.0.0

    Trend Micro Deep Security is an endpoint protection tool. You can bring computer, computer group, computer intrusion, and intrusion prevention data from Deep Security into the Brinqa Platform.

  • watchTowr v3.0.0

    watchTowr is an external attack surface management tool that scans your assets and generates findings against those assets. You can bring cloud storage, container, domain, IP, IP range, mobile application, SaaS platform, subdomain, and other security data from watchTowr into the Brinqa Platform.

  • Amazon Inspector v3.0.8(../../connectors/amazon-inspector.mdx)

    The Amazon Inspector connector has been updated to add the following attributes to the AWS EC2 Instance object:

    • I_AM_INSTANCE_PROFILE_ARN
    • IMAGE_ID
    • IP_V4_ADDRESSES
    • IP_V6_ADDRESSES
    • KEY_NAME
    • LAUNCHED_AT
    • PLATFORM
    • SUBNET_ID
    • TYPE
    • VPC_ID

  • Aqua v3.0.3

    The Aqua connector has been updated to fix an issue where Container Images were not correctly parsing Docker labels, preventing these labels from being added to the tags.

  • BitSight v3.0.1

    The BitSight connector has been updated to fix the following data mismatches:

    • Changed the RISK_CATEGORY attribute type on the Finding object from string to integer.

    • Changed the SEVERITY_SCORE attribute type on the Asset object from string to integer.

    • Changed the SEVERITY_SCORE attribute type on the Finding object from string to integer.

  • Checkmarx One v3.0.5

    The Checkmarx One connector has been updated to change the CRITICALITY attribute type on the Application object from string to integer.

  • CrowdStrike v3.1.7

    The CrowdStrike connector has been updated to add the AFFECTED attribute to the Vulnerability Definition object.

  • GitHub v4.0.0

    The GitHub connector has been updated with the following changes:

    • Transitioned to fully use the GitHub REST API to enhance performance and reliability.

    • Renamed the following objects to better align with GitHub terminology:

      • Code Repository -> Repository
      • Open Source Finding -> Dependabot Alert
      • Open Source Finding Definition - Dependabot Alert Definition
      • Static Code Finding -> Code Scanning Alert
      • Static Code Finding -> Code Scanning Alert Definition

    • Removed the Package object as it was deemed unnecessary for the connector's functionality.

    • Updated the Repository object with new attributes while removing some that are no longer available or relevant in the GitHub REST API.

    • Enhanced the details and recommendations provided by Code Scanning Alerts to offer more comprehensive information.

  • Jira Data Center v3.1.14

    The Jira Data Center connector has been updated so that a personal access token is now required for authentication. For additional information, see Create an access token for your Atlassian account.

  • LDAP v3.1.1

    The LDAP connector has been updated to add a new setting to trust all host names and certificates.

  • Mend.io v3.0.1

    The Mend.io connector has been updated with the following changes:

    • The Static Code Finding object has been renamed to Violation to accurately reflect that the data represents policy violations against library usage, such as new versions, multiple versions in use, and invalid versions.

    • The Static Code Finding Definition object has been renamed to Violation Definition to align with the new classification of the data.

    • Fixed an issue with the Violation Definition object where the UIDs were incorrectly generated. The UIDs are now correctly constructed by combining the Name and Description fields to ensure proper identification of each violation.

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint v3.3.8

    The Microsoft Defender for Endpoint connector has been updated with the following changes:

    • 3.3.8: Removed the WEAKNESSES attribute from the Package object.

    • 3.3.6: Change the WEAKNESSES attribute type on the Package object from integer to string.

  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management v3.3.8

    The Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management connector has been updated to fix an issue where hostnames on the Asset object were incorrectly appended with a comma.

  • NIST NVD v3.1.10

    The NIST NVD connector has been updated to add a new setting to configure maximum retries.

  • Prisma Cloud Compute v3.1.0

    The Prisma Cloud Compute connector has been updated with the following changes:

    • Fixed an issue where vulnerabilities existed in the Brinqa Platform that were not present in an API call, causing inaccurate counts.

    • Fixed an issue with the REGISTRY and REPOSITORY attributes on the Code Repository object.

    • Added the HOST_NAMES attribute to the Host object.

  • Qualys Vulnerability Management v5.2.4

    The Qualys VM connector has been updated with the following changes:

    • 5.2.4: Added the following attributes on the Host object so it can utilize the TruRisk attribute from Qualys:

      • AGENT_STATUS
      • CLOUD_AGENT_RUNNING_ON
      • FIRST_SEEN
      • HARDWARE_ID
      • LAST_ACTIVITY
      • LAST_RESTART_OR_BOOT
      • SERIAL_NUMBER

    • 5.2.3: Added the following attributes on the Vulnerability object to retrieve the Qualys Detection Score:

      • QDS_FACTORS
      • QDS_SCORE
      • QDS_SEVERITY

  • RAD Security v3.0.3

    The RAD Security connector has been updated to fix an issue where the Image object sync was failing.

  • Red Hat Satellite v3.0.3

    The Red Hat Satellite connector has been updated with the following changes:

    • Fixed an issue where the connector was not creating a normalized hostname.

    • Added the PRIVATE_DNS_NAMES and PUBLIC_DNS_NAMES attributes to the Host object.

  • Tenable.io v3.1.23

    The Tenable.io connector has been updated with the following changes:

    • 3.1.23:

      • Fixed an issue where the CVSS v3 impact score was not returning any values.

      • Added the VULNERABILITY_AGE attribute to the Vulnerability Definition object.

    • 3.1.22:

      • Added support for Data lifecycle management to the Host and Vulnerability objects.

      • Added the PROVIDER_STATUS attribute to the Vulnerability object.

  • Veracode v3.0.12

    The Veracode connector has been updated so that The LAST_DYNAMIC_SCAN and LAST_STATIC_SCAN attributes are now used to separately capture the published dates for dynamic and static scans on the Application object. This allows for more precise tracking and compliance assessment of scan dates.

  • WhiteHat Sentinel v3.0.2

    The WhiteHat Sentinel connector has been updated to fix the following data mismatches:

    • Changed the MANUAL attribute type on the Dynamic Code Finding object from string to boolean.

    • Changed the SOURCE_SEVERITY attribute type on the Dynamic Code Finding object from string to integer.
