note
- Preview releases cannot be deployed on a production environment.
- Customers with only one environment are only permitted to have Production releases.
- Customers with testing environments have the opportunity to preview and test new features and bug fixes before they're released to production.
- Customers cannot remain on an old Production release. Everyone will be upgraded within two weeks of a new Production release.
- New customers will initially be deployed on a Preview release until the onboarding process is complete.
