    ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus is an IT service management platform that streamlines IT support. You can bring requests from ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus into the Brinqa Platform.

Updated​

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint v3.1.7

    The Microsoft Defender for Endpoint connector makes concurrent attempts to retrieve recommendations for vulnerabilities. However, in the event of failure, it will proceed without this data.

  • Microsoft Intune v3.1.7

    The Microsoft Intune connector now excludes 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 as a valid AAD_DEVICE_ID.

  • Prisma Cloud v3.0.6

    The Prisma Cloud connector now includes Account and Account groups as tags in the Cloud Resource data model.

  • Prisma Cloud Compute v3.0.6

    The Prisma Cloud Compute connector has standardized the Status category attribute across the Vulnerability and Violation data models.

  • ServiceNow v3.0.4

    The ServiceNow connector now displays all date and time values in the Date format.

  • Tenable.io v3.0.15

    The Tenable.io connector now retrieves the SEVERITY_MODIFICATION_TYPE field from vulnerabilities.
