This release is a patch update for the 12.3 platform release.

Addressed issues

• Deduplication: We've improved how deduplication handles repeat runs — as new vulnerability definitions arrive, Brinqa updates the existing Intelligent Vulnerability Definition and its contributing records in place instead of rebuilding them, so consolidated records stay stable across runs.
